Love this jacket already. Been on the wind-swept hills with the dogs and it is warm and definitely wind-proofed. Have yet to try it in the rain, but the quality of it leaves me in doubt doubt it will perform well. It's also slightly longer than your usual jackets which is perfect for me. Just covers the 'rear-end'. I accidentally ordered two, and I'm tempted to just keep the second for no reason other than I really like it.
