Below are the most frequently asked questions for this topic

Check your order status via your Account to ensure your order has been processed. We will send a dispatch email with tracking when your order is sent. Inflight delivery options are available.


If your order is running late or outside of your delivery time, don’t hesitate to contact us via the Get in Touch options provided. Our team is available and happy to help you from 8am through to 6pm. We will respond to any messages, sent outside of these times, as soon as the team are next available.


Next Day Click & Collect (£1.99) and Next Day Home Delivery (£4.99) are subject to availability. Order before 8pm Sunday-Friday for delivery the next day. Orders placed between 10pm on Friday and 10pm on Sunday will be ready to collect in store or delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 10pm on Sunday will be ready to collect in store or delivered on Tuesday.


Standard Home Delivery orders should arrive within 3-5 days. It costs £3.99, but delivery on orders over £49.99 is free.


Standard Click & Collect costs £0.99, but is free for orders over £19.99


Furniture Delivery costs £10 but large items may cost more. There are also exceptions to our Furniture Delivery service. For more information, please refer to our ‘Delivery’ page for our list of area and supplier exceptions.

Next Day Click & Collect and Next Day Home Delivery are subject to availability. Order before 8pm Sunday-Friday for delivery the next day. Orders placed between 10pm on Friday and 10pm on Sunday will be ready to collect in store or delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 8pm on Sunday will be ready to collect in store or delivered on Tuesday.

Inflight delivery options are available. If you are not at home to accept your delivery, please update this via the Tracking or Carrier app.

Please check the status of your order in your Account, as your order may have been dispatched in separate parcels. All deliveries will have a dispatch email and tracking information. If an item is missing, we are unable to replace this, but we will refund you via your original payment method.
