Reasonably well packed. Box was a bit battered but plastic bag covering over chair parts was protective. All parts were present and correct . Picture Diagram Instructions easy to follow although illustration indicating the order in which the two types of washer fitted onto bolt could have been bigger. All parts fitted together well. Overall appearance and stability is good. Longevity of product still to be proved!
