I am measured as a 30F/FF... Strapless bras are the devil so i always go up a back size. The 32F fit beautifully. The boning support within the material gives a lovely round pert boob effect. I have pendulum swingers so any lift is appreciated. No padding and this bra still gives a natural shape under clothing and the feeling of being fully contained like in a full cup bra. I am in love!
