How do I get a card if I can't get in to store?

Simply shop online and we'll automatically send you one through the post.

I have an old style card - does this matter?

No it doesn't matter which card you have, you will automatically get access to all of the new and improved benefits.

My details have changed how do I get this amended?

Just pop to customer services in store and ask to fill in a change of details form. You will need to complete this if you change your surname, address, email address, phone number.

What do I do if I have lost or damaged my Reward Card?

Just pop into customer services in store and fill in a replacement card form, a member of staff will be there to help.

How do I get my Birthday treat?

We will email you with a voucher around your birthday, just make sure we have your date of birth and up to date email address. Both of these can be updated at matalan.co.uk/account

How do I get entered into competitions and the monthly prize draw to win £1000?

For competitions every time you shop and swipe your Reward Card in store or online you will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Please note that for some prize draws entry will require a certain spend threshold. For the £1000 monthly draw everyone who shops and swipe their Reward Card in store and online will be entered into the draw for that particular month.

How do I find out who has won the last competition?

How are customers notified that they have won a competition or prize draw?

All winners will be notified by phone or email so make sure your details are up to date at matalan.co.uk/account where we will post the latest winners.

How often do the partner deals change?

We try and bring you the latest exclusive offers so we change these regularly to bring you the best deals so make sure you keep checking back.

I have received a voucher from you through the post/ via email and it stated that I need to use this in conjunction with my Matalan Reward Card but I have lost it, does this mean I can't use it?

If you go into store a member of staff should be able to verify you on our system and will allow you to use your voucher. You will also need to complete a replacement card form whilst you are in store so we can send out a new card to you.

I have a friend or relative who is deceased and keeps receiving mail from you, how do I stop this?

Either go in to store or call customer services on 0845 330 3330 and they will be able to stop this for you.

Can I sign up for a Reward Card or update my details online?

No, unfortunately not at the moment.

My friend has got a Black Matalan Reward Card, how do I get one?

Black card holders are customers who spend £150 or more over a 12 month period. New entrants into the scheme are reviewed every 3 months.

What are the additional benefits of being a Black Matalan Reward Card Holder?

Black card holders receive all the benefits of red card holders, plus black card exclusive discount vouchers coming through your door four times a year.
