Setting up for a summer of style, Sul of @SulsWorld lets us in on all his tips for sunshine dressing, holiday must-haves and working out in style.

I think a linen suit is a wardrobe staple for every man during summer. My favourite thing about this one is the colour, baby blue gives off that relaxed and summery feel, plus you can either dress it up with a smart shirt and shoes or dress it down with a t-shirt and trainers. Alternatively, go for a little smart combo with a shirt and trainers like me, it fits my style perfectly.

Open collar shirts have been very popular this summer and I love the relaxed feel they give to an outfit. This green short sleeve shirt is simple yet stylish which you can either button up like I’ve done for a smarter kind of vibe or open it up and wear a vest underneath for a much more relaxed feel. Then throw on some chinos, white trainers and you’re good to go.

As someone who exercises regularly, whether it’s running, lifting or playing football, breathability and flexibility is important when it comes to the gear I work out in. This Matalan t-shirt has a fitted but loose feel, which is perfect for all styles of exercise.
