I ordered 2 pairs, one pair was fine but the other pair arrives as 2 different sizes. I spoke to Matalan who gave me a code to be able to send them back free of charge. The lady I spoke to was fab and couldn’t apologise enough.

These wellies are brilliant - the rubber is softer than on most wellies so they don’t rub my sons ankles like the more rigid-style wellies. They are also lined with a really soft almost fleecy material so are super comfy (very thin lining so not too hot for summer). I took off one star as the ankles are very wide and they do flop around a bit, however I’d still recommend them (so much so that I also bought a pair for myself!)
