Lovely glasses but very poorly made

This is the second pair of these bought in my household this month. The first pair snapped across the bridge of the glasses within a few days. I replaced them for my son to take on holiday, again they broke in the exact same place. I have spoken with customer services who have asked me to return them to a store for a refund for both pairs. I haven't been able to do that yet but will do this week.
