Nice, soft fabric but not stretchy. I'm a size 12-14 depending on the fit so I ordered medium as I'm usually a 12 in Matalan but this comes up a bit big, loose and long. If you're a small 12 , I would suggest ordering Small. Looks nice though and happy with it; the smaller size would be too small for me.

Lovely t shirt but much bigger than said in sizing guide. Returning to store and trying smaller size. Hopefully that will then fit.

As per previous review, I ordered small. It fits much better than a medium. Previously, last year the longline black top was ordered in a medium but the changing in size, means ordering a small is the better fit. It is not gaping under the arms, but it is a better fit in a small even with a size 12. Tip: If you are order the longline essential tops ( pink, stripy, green, red), these casual tops are okay in medium. https://www.matalan.co.uk/clothing/pink-longline-essential-t-shirt/14499650.html but are a bit oversized. Okay for casual, as length is good.
