Comfy but fade and patches marks

Great pair of jeans - perfect fit and comfy. I’ve purchased three pairs over the last 2months for everyday use. However they’ve faded on first 30° wash, and any light stains seem to make the wash even worse. The black dye easily comes off onto other clothing/furniture. The jeans look like they have toothpaste marks. I hoped it was a one off, as I loved these jeans…but as it’s happened to all three, I believe the colouring process is flawed.
