Bought a pair of jeans , they arrived qiuickly but where the wrong size from what I ordered and still had security tag fitted, instead of sending them back I drove a round trip of 40 miles to my nearest Matalan store, a very nice lady told me to get the right size from her store I got the right size and exchanged them, I did not look at the tag inside jeans, but the hanging tag said they where the right size, on getting home I found out the jeans size and the size on tag where completely different so I guess another 40 mile trip very poor service Matalan.
