Huge rip in pillow case on purchase

Very poor quality. I have just gone to put my new set on my bed and one of the pillow case covers is entirely ripped down the side. In addition there are multiple weak points in the fabric where holes are forming. Currently trying to find how I can make a complaint on matalan website.
