Although they are photo frames, I actually bought them as I liked the picture and it matched my hallway perfectly. In fact, I was slightly disappointed that they were photo frames and not pictures. I have stained the frames to match my dado rail and I'm pretty pleased with the end result. They are lovely quality and very sturdy.
