Poor Customer Service

The table itself is lovely, however the delivery service and customer service is poor. This item was delivered damaged, which I rang and reported, I was told I would immediately receive an email to reply to with photos of the damage, the email never arrived so I sent photos myself and am now waiting for a reply to resolve the issue.
