Chocolate sofa bed

Delivered in a very poor condition in a thin plastic bag full of holes,not fit for purpose.
Told it could be kept with a 20% disc or return to local branch with full refund.
Tried to do so but then told NO so had to get help from local Manager.
Still awaiting decision.An absolute dogs dinner - never again .
The left hand says one thing and the right another.No consistency.
