Happy with item bought but on receiving it noticed it said on item £25 but I was charged £30 complained and got a refund of £4.99 which covered postage .I had been Charged new price but still showing old price on item .

Sent differently priced item. £30 paid on website, bit when arrived had a very clear £25 price, stuck onto the packaging (not reduced, not temporary, not clearance). This has always been very obviously £25. When I contacted customer service, I was advised I could have a £5 gift voucher, I requested a refund for £5 instead. I was then told this was not possible and as per the T&C they can send differently priced items.

This has certainly made my mattress feel more firm

Bought this as I needed help with my back. It didn't work overnight but after a few nights sleep on it my back is now not sore when I get up in the morning so sorted for during the day. So a good buy if you need something to get a good night sleep and no aches and pains when you get up.

This is a good price for an intermediate solution. Its really helped me sleep better. Didnt look like it was going to help until i tried it but im very happy with this purchase.
