I don't usually have an issue with garments from Matalan online but this time I was very disappointed and absolutely disgusted to be sent shorts with stains on. They had definitely been worn by someone and returned with what looked like bodiliy fluids on them. The fact that Matalan kept them and sent them to another customer is beyond disgusting and such a let down by them. I would never expect to he sent something like that from Matalan. This has 100% put me off buying anything like this from them again which is a real shame, lucklly I contacted them and they gave me a full refund. As for the shorts themselves they are poor quality, see through and I wouldn't recommend them at all!
