Awful!
I bought these pillows as they said they were medium support, they actually provide no support at all. I have slept on these for a week now to persevere but every morning my neck is so stiff, an uncomfortable nights sleep :( They go very flat and if you need to plump them up you need to sleep with your arm under them. I would not recommend.
