It’s easy to track your order if you have an account with us. Just log in to My Account and click Order History to see your estimated delivery date. If you've opted for Home Delivery, you'll also receive a tracking link by email once your order's been dispatched.

Standard Home Delivery orders should arrive within 10 working days, and deliveries are made between Monday and Friday.
Spend over £50 to get free standard home delivery. We reserve the right to vary the terms of this promotion at any time, or to withdraw this promotion altogether.

Standard Click & Collect orders take up to 10 working days to arrive in store.

Once your Click & Collect order has arrived in store, we’ll send you a confirmation email and a text to let you know your order is ready to collect. Please bring a copy of your email as proof of purchase.
If you haven’t collected your order after 7 days, we'll send you a reminder, and then another one after 10 days. At 15 days, we’ll refund your money and return the order. In areas where stores are closed due to COVID-19, you have 28 days to collect your order.

All bedroom furniture by Swift is delivered ready assembled by two-man teams direct to your home.
This white glove delivery service costs £10 and should arrive within 17-21 working days.
Booking a delivery slot
The week prior to delivery, you’ll be contacted by our support team who will help arrange a delivery slot that’s convenient for you. You will be given a 3 hour delivery window on your chosen date. Booking is made first by text or email, followed by a phone call if we still can’t make contact.
Due to COVID-19 safety procedures, furniture will be delivered to the front hallway of your home, not to the room of your choice as normal, and cannot be unpacked by the delivery team.
During COVID-19 we are unable to deliver furniture to any off-shore locations, including Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man.
Please note that we only deliver to UK-registered postcodes. Unfortunately, we don't yet deliver to Channel Islands or British Forces Post Office addresses. We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion.
