For home deliveries, you can track your order through the link on your despatch email. For click and collect orders, you will receive a text and email to let you know that your order is ready to collect from your chosen store.
By spending over £49.99 online, you will qualify for Free Standard Home Delivery. We reserve the right to vary the terms of this promotion at any time, or to withdraw this promotion altogether.

Standard Home Delivery orders should arrive within 5 days, and deliveries are made 7 days a week. Please Note: The following exceptions below are UK Mainland Delivery Only Luggage deliveries may exceed standard delivery times.
Order before 10pm Sunday-Friday for home delivery the next day. Orders placed between 10pm on Friday and 10pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 10pm on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Order before 7pm Monday to Friday to collect in store the next day. Orders placed after 7pm on Friday will be ready to collect in store on Monday. Orders placed after 7pm on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Standard Click & Collect orders will arrive in store within 5 days. Once your Click & Collect order has arrived in store, we’ll send you a confirmation email and a text to let you know your order is ready to collect. Please bring a copy of your email as proof of purchase.
If you haven’t collected your order after 7 days, we'll send you a reminder, and then another one after 10 days. At 15 days, we’ll refund your money and return the order. Unfortunately Click & Collect is not available at any of our clearance stores.

Products marked as delivered by one of our approved suppliers are sent directly from the brand or their delivery partner. This allows us to offer you a wider and more specialised range online.
For larger items
Delivery will be arranged by the supplier. They may contact you nearer the time to agree a suitable delivery date.
For smaller items
These will be dispatched by the supplier within the expected delivery timeframe. You won’t usually be contacted in advance of delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, please get in touch with our Customer Services team via Live Chat or on 0333 004 4444 between 8am and 6pm, 7 days a week.
Why is my order coming from a supplier?
To give you access to a broader selection, some items are delivered directly by our approved suppliers.
While the supplier manages the delivery, we’re still here to help if you have any questions or need support at any stage.
Why might delivery take a little longer?
Some items delivered by our trusted suppliers may have a slightly longer lead time. You’ll find the estimated delivery timeframe in your order confirmation and in My Account, so we recommend checking there first.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Services team via Chat or on 0333 004 4444 who will be happy to help track your delivery.
