One loop for the curtain hook has already snapped. I’ve had to tie in together in order to still use the same loop as the rest of the curtain. I’ve only had these curtains since 7th July. So quite disappointed they haven’t lasted. Also they have a green bit of thread running through the middle. It isn’t that noticeable so I haven’t bothered to exchange them. But just poor manufacturing.

I purchased these online and opened to check the colour and size. I needed to return them but I struggled and had great difficultly getting them back into original package. I took both the curtains and packaging in perfect condition back to store and the curtains folded as received. The Hertford store refused accept them for a return unless packaged as received. No offer of help to get them in the packaging the staff member just stated the returns policy at me.
