Matalan Me is our loyalty programme that gives you rewards all year round, simply for shopping with us. Using your Matalan Me card every time you shop unlocks exclusive member discounts, early access to sale and product launches, exclusive prize draws, and a special treat on your birthday.

Once you’ve joined Matalan Me, accessing your rewards is easy. You can find your rewards in two ways:

• Log in to your Matalan Me account and tap ‘My Rewards’ at the bottom of the screen to view all available offers

• If you opt in to emails, we’ll also send your rewards to you via email, including your in-store barcode or online discount code

Then you can shop your way:

In Store:

Scan your digital Matalan Me barcode at the checkout as well as your Matalan Me card.

Not got your card? You can find your Matalan Me card on the app or at the bottom of every email and in the ‘my rewards’ section of the app

Online:

Copy the discount code from your Rewards wallet in the app and apply it at checkout.

If you’ve already shared your birthday with us, we’ll automatically send your exclusive birthday treat straight to your email or into your Rewards wallet in the app when the time comes. If you haven’t added your birthday yet, you can update your details in the app at any time. Just head to My Account, select Account details, and add your date of birth.

If you’ve lost your card, don’t worry. Your digital Matalan Me card is always available in the app.

To activate a new physical card:

• Visit the ‘My Rewards’ section on the app

• Select ‘Picked up a new card?’

• Enter the 15-digit number on the back of your new card

• It will automatically replace your old one
