Matalan Me FAQs
Matalan Me is our loyalty programme that gives you rewards all year round, simply for shopping with us. Using your Matalan Me card every time you shop unlocks exclusive member discounts, early access to sale and product launches, exclusive prize draws, and a special treat on your birthday.
You can join the Matalan Me Loyalty Programme by signing up through our website or app. Simply create an account and follow the instructions to register for Matalan Me. Membership is free, and once you’ve joined, you’ll be able to access exclusive rewards, offers, and partnerships.
Once you’ve joined Matalan Me, accessing your rewards is easy. You can find your rewards in two ways:
· Log in to your Matalan Me account and tap ‘My Rewards’ at the bottom of the screen to view all available offers
· If you opt in to emails, we’ll also send your rewards to you via email, including your in-store barcode or online discount code
Then you can shop your way:
In Store:
Scan your digital Matalan Me barcode at the checkout as well as your Matalan Me card.
Not got your card? You can find your Matalan Me card on the app or at the bottom of every email and in the ‘my rewards’ section of the app
Online:
Copy the discount code from your Rewards wallet in the app and apply it at checkout.

Yes, absolutely. We’re working on a huge number of exclusives just for Matalan Me members, such as offers, free gifts and early access to new launches. We’ll let you know about these via email.
‘Win Your Basket’ is a surprise perk for Matalan Me members when shopping in-store.
Simply scan your Matalan Me barcode at checkout as usual. Once scanned, you’ll be automatically entered for a chance to win your entire basket for free.
If you’re selected as a winner, you’ll find out instantly at the till and your basket total will be covered.
There’s nothing extra you need to do - just remember to scan every time you shop for your chance to win.
If you’ve already shared your birthday with us, we’ll automatically send your exclusive birthday treat straight to your email or into your Rewards wallet in the app when the time comes.
If you haven’t added your birthday yet, you can update your details in the app at any time. Just head to My Account, select Account details, and add your date of birth.
You can find your partner offers in two places within your Matalan Me account:
· Rewards Wallet - Log in to your account and head to your Rewards Wallet, where your available offers will be displayed alongside your rewards.
· Pick Me Ups page - Navigate to the Pick Me Ups page from the main menu to browse a range of partner offers and perks available to you.
Simply select an offer to view more details and follow the instructions to redeem.
If you’ve lost your card, don’t worry. Your digital Matalan Me card is always available in the app.
To activate a new physical card:
· Visit the ‘My Rewards’ section on the app
· Select ‘Picked up a new card?’
· Enter the 15-digit number on the back of your new card
· It will automatically replace your old one
Your account is non-transferable and unique to you. You can’t transfer or sell to another account or person.
All competition winners will be contacted directly via the email address used to enter the competition. If you’re selected as a winner, you’ll receive an email from us with details on your prize and how to claim it. Please make sure to check your inbox (and junk/ spam folder) after the competition closes.
Winners will be contacted shortly after the competition closing date. Please allow a reasonable time for entries to be reviewed and winners to be selected.
Delivery details will be shared directly with the winners via email. Depending on the prize, this may include postal delivery or contact with a partnered company responsible for supplying or fulfilling the prize.
No, entry to our competitions is free. These competitions are offered as an exclusive perk for our Matalan Me rewards members as part of their membership benefits.
If a winner does not respond within the timeframe stated in the email, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items unless otherwise stated.
