Too short in the leg

I've been wearing Matalan multi-pack leggings for years and they've always been spot-on. Ive had countless pairs. I'm 5'6" and they are now too short in the leg. I've washed and dried the old leggings over and over until they've died and they've always stayed perfect and never once shrunk. Now, after first wash, the legs are far too short. Unfortunately I won't be buying any more. Can we have the old ones back please!

Disappointed with these. They’re really thin and lose their shape throughout the day. They’re really long too, I’m 5’5 and they came up to my ribs.
They’re ok for around the house with a long top on but I wouldn’t wear them in public.
