Stand faulty

Ordered this basket and stand. Everything is fine apart from the stand. The flush part of the stand which is supposed to hold the plastic lengths to support the actual moses basket does not match the images on the instruction sheet. My friend also has the same stand and hers is also different to mine, therefore it is definitely faulty. Very disappointed in this product. These stands should come built so as to avoid future mishaps like this!!!!
