These are nice and plumpy about soft-medium support. I like how they bounce back when you move. I love that they can be washed at 40degrees - most of the other pillows read “machine washable cover” but that doesn’t mean you can actually wash the pillow itself- so these are great as they can be fully washed. If you want plump and support these might not be sufficient you’ll need memory foam which you can get for £12 each at competitive stores such as dunelm. Those smell of plastic and can’t be washed though… so I’m happy with these
