Your order will arrive within 14 days.All furniture is delivered ready assembled.
The week prior to delivery, you’ll be contacted by our support team who will help arrange a delivery slot that’s convenient for you. You will be given a 3-hour delivery window on your chosen date. Booking is made first by text or email, followed by a phone call if we still can’t make contact.
Due to COVID-19 safety procedures, furniture will be delivered to the front hallway of your home, not to the room of your choice as normal, and cannot be unpacked by the delivery team.
During COVID-19 we are unable to deliver to any off-shore locations, including Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man.
RETURNS
If we are notified of a damaged product within 14 days after delivery, we’ll offer to repair, replace or collect the damaged item. This will be done within a maximum of 14 days from notification.Please contact our customer service team on 0333 0044444 if you would like to arrange this.
