Looking for recommendations, inspo on what to cook, or simply want to know what everyone else is up to? We’ve gotyou covered….

Say hello to Denise Van Outen! @vanouten_denise

What I’m reading…
Brutally Honest by Mel B. I’ve been wanting to read it for some time.

What I’m scrolling…
I’ve been looking at hardware and DIY stockists so we can buy paint to finish the outside of our house. I’m also searching for updates on the Coronavirus vaccine. I’m so grateful to the NHS, it’s scary times we’re living in.

What I’m making...
I’m cutting out patterns to make scrubs for the NHS. I’m a volunteer. The cut patterns get sent to volunteer machinists and overlockers across Essex where I live. Check out my amazing friends @zoe_bespoke and the link to the Go Fund Me page - where a £10 donation covers the cost of 1 set of scrubs for our health workers on the frontline.

What I’ve learnt...
I am a useless homeschool teacher. I have zero patience. I’m also trying to get into learning to cook more meals, but I’m being lazy and letting Eddie rule the kitchen. I’m doing all the washing up. We made a deal.

What I’m appreciating...
Nature and downtime. When this is over I will have learnt to be more patient and appreciate the simple things in life. Friends and family are everything.

What I’m looking forward to...
Performing again. I miss doing my show in London. But mostly I can’t wait to see Betsy cuddle her grandparents again, that will be amazing, we really miss them.

I switch between living in loungewear and fitness gear - to craving wearing pretty dresses. Lightweight and easy to throw on, this dress is still all about comfort but it’s nice to feel like I’ve made a bit more of an effort.
