A maxi dress is a mum on the go’s winning wardrobe addition! Great with trainers or chunky boots and a biker jacket, it’s a classically cool look that takes no time but always hits the fashion mark. This dress is so comfortable and flowing and perfect to throw on for the school run, stylish with minimum effort! I’ll also dress it up with a pair of heels for a lunch or dinner date.
After a few months of having us all at home, it's finally time to get back to some kind of normality which means back to school! Malik is so excited to finally be able to see all of his friends and have his routine back. I don't know who'll be missing him more, me or Liyana. She's had her big brother all to herself all these months, so it'll definitely be a little quieter around the house which will be so out of the norm for all of us, but we're so ready for it, and so now is my wardrobe!
On my working from home days I'll go for a slightly more polished look that’ll keep my head in work mode not mummy mode, although that might not always work - I love an excuse for a good dress up! A gorgeous blouse looks smart and is a quick fire way to rejuvenate any wardrobe, this floral style looks super pretty with cotton wide leg trousers and colour pop sandals for a more relaxed office vibe. A classic trench coat or denim jacket would look great on top for the school run rush, and a switch to a heel would look lovely for a special occasion.
