7 Pack Socks - Size 12-14

For expediency, I ordered these online for 'Click & Collect' from my local store. However, when I arrived, there was a long queue for the checkouts and only one person serving. Eventually I was called forward to be served which involved a further delay while the assistant battled with the technology of ascertaining who I was and where my order might be. I asked her if maybe she could just look on the shelf behind her for a parcel in my name but, apparently, she wasn't permitted to do that. So, after many reboots of her device, finally she handed my goods to me. I thought that technology is supposed to make things easier not more frustrating? It's not a method of shopping that I would recommend and I won't be doing so with Matalan again.

When buying women’s socks they always shrink, even buying the right size. My feet are wide and these are not too thin and keep my feet warm while able to breathe. Wash and dry well.
