So what do we buy to make the most of our time before the big Christmas run up?

Christmas is already on our mind from September with decorations like baubles, stockings and nutcrackers being the first items to get ahead of decorating trees and houses.

By November time we’re ready to start getting more in the mood for Christmas Eve, new PJs and loungewear, so we’re comfy and full of all the sweet treats to come. With everyone waiting until November to buy their Christmas pyjamas, get ahead of the trend and buy yours in early October as we don’t want you to miss out on your favourite ones when they sell out!

Most people like to get their final bits like stocking fillers, dressing gowns and Christmas jumpers in December, but we all know what the shops can be like! Save yourself the pressure and the crowds by making sure you have everything you’re after by November. Go shopping well ahead of Christmas jumper day (on December the 14th) to avoid any disappointment and to get the best of the bunch!

Getting a few last minute bargains in right before Christmas when sales start is also a fab way to fill up those stockings to the brim! Investing in knitwear just before the New Year will secure some cosy chic jumpers for less.

Use our timeline to get ahead of the trends and get all your Christmas shopping necessities without panicking at the last minute, so you can enjoy a smooth and stress free Christmas!
