You can still shop online and via our app, choosing Home Delivery or Click & Collect at the checkout. We’re working really hard to improve our delivery and at the moment you should expect up to 5 working days.

Returns policy extended
Our refund policy has been reviewed in line with the changes to government restrictions. Items purchased between 1st October and 24th December 2020 can now be returned with a receipt up to and including 31st March 2021 for a refund or exchange.

Returning items bought in store
We are unable to process refunds for items bought in store at the moment, so please hold on to your items and the receipt to return when stores re-open. Once the stores have re-opened you will have 14 days to return your goods. We will notify you by email once your store has re-opened.

Returning items bought online
If you need to return items bought online, you can return them to a store that is open for Click and Collect. You must bring the invoice from your parcel, as the refund cannot be processed without it. You will receive an email within 24 hours to let you know your refund has been processed.
