To protect our customers and colleagues, we have introduced a number of safety measures in our stores which are detailed below. As we navigate this new normal we will continually update our ‘Important Updates’ section, helping to keep you informed with any closures, policy updates and the implementation of additional safety measures.
Following the latest Government Guidance face masks or coverings must be worn in all stores across the UK unless you have a valid government exemption.
Please remember to wear your face mask or covering whilst shopping in our store.

SALE RETURNS POLICY UPDATE
Due to the challenges surrounding Covid-19, we are temporarily changing our policy on returning items bought in the Sale.
We will issue a refund or exchange for items bought in our sale within 14 days of purchase in store, or within 14 days of you receiving the items for online orders. The refund will be issued to the payment method originally used. Items must be returned with the original receipt, unworn and in the condition they were purchased, including all packaging.
As you know, the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers is our top priority. As part of our ongoing safety measures we may temporarily close stores so that they can undergo a thorough clean.
Before making a journey to visit us, please check via ‘Store Finder’ to see if your nearest store is open.
A mask or face covering must be worn.
Use contacless payments when you can.
Reduced the number of customers allowed in store and changed the layout so you have more space.
Introduced floor markers so you can keep your distance.
Provided hand sanitiser and cleaning products so you can clean your basket or trolley.
Given all staff personal protective equipment.
Trained all our team to support social distancing.
Temporarily closed our fitting rooms, toilets and baby nurturing rooms.
Other safety measures include:
• In store safety marshalls.
• Signage and radio announcements to support safer shopping.
• Introduction of new screens to our till areas.
• Cleaning throughout the day, including regularly disinfecting high touch points such as door handles, lift buttons and hand-rails.
