My favourite collections so far are Gareth Pugh and Sophia
Webster – simply for the wow factor. I really enjoyed spending time with
Sinead and hanging out with all our
blogger friends at the shows.I’m so
please with my Matalan look, it’s so versatile, which is why I went for it! I
love that I can wear these oversize knits as dresses for a sassy street style
look, or even with jeans for something a little more laid-back. Anything goes
on the catwalk, but street style-wise everything was super colourful.
I feel like sparkles are back with a vengeance! Everything’s been bedazzled from the dresses at Paula Knorr to the accessories at Sophia Webster. Pastels were everywhere on the streets and one thing I’ve seen on most bloggers at some point was colour blocking. Head to toe in one pastel colour usually in the form of a two piece suit! Then obviously there are the skinny sunnies!!
My absolute favourite thing about LFW is catching up with friends in the industry. As a blogger not living in London I find it hard to meet up with my cyber friends but at fashion week I always have way more time to go for coffee or wine and
I’m always running into people at shows. It’s a social occasion!
Both of my outfits turned out pretty similar to be honest! I went for denim and stripes with both of them and the denim pieces were such finds!
I’ve been looking for a pinafore for so long and originally I side stepped this one until I saw the back detail which looked super cute when worn backwards! I love the pink and red colour clash and together it all works perfectly well AND the dress is £14!!!
