You may not be able to hit the gym right now, but that doesn’t mean your fitness levels have to suffer! We asked influencer Daniel Marin from @dfmarin to share some of his top tips for working out at home.
Everyone knows it’s a little bit harder to workout at home, with all the extra distractions around! Finding a routine you love is the starting point of a great workout, as Daniel tells us “with so many great workout routines available on Instagram and YouTube, it’s easier than ever to stay active and healthy”.
Possibly the most important tip Daniel shares is to have some fun! Keeping our energy levels up and doing a little bit of exercise a day is key to a happy and healthy mind, body and soul.
